Medical malpractice - WellSpan is self insured and provides malpractice coverage for employed physicians. WellSpan also pays tail coverage.

Continuing Medical Education (CME) - WellSpan provides an annual CME stipend and CME time allowance for conference attendance. York Hospital hosts CME approved conferences on a weekly basis in many disciplines.
